YUFENGREC® LIP STONE are used in the Photovoltaic Ultra-White Glass rolling production lines ,which is in direct contact with the glass liquid. The quality of its core parameters directly determines the output and yield of the glass. Yufeng Refractory has been deeply involved in the

We use Zirconium Mullite as the Lip Stone raw material, and relies on its unique process formula (component content, particle gradation, etc.), pouring molding technology, and precise temperature-controlled firing The manufacturing process can achieve a balance between two conflicting indicators of extremely low apparent porosity and excellent thermal shock stability.
Reflected in the actual use scenario, the extremely low apparent porosity can shorten the bubble discharge time to less than 5 hours (competitive products are more than 10 hours), effectively shortening the recovery time for machine replacement (brick replacement) and thus improving the yield
rate. The thermal shock stability of the Lip Stone has been measured up to 30 times in a laboratory test environment (1100°C water cooling), and it can withstand multiple extreme cold/heat shocks at the use site, thereby extending the effective service life to 4 months. or above (competitive products within 2 months).
In addition, in the preparation of extremely large-sized Lip Stone (2900mm), we can ensure that the dimensional tolerance of the product can be controlled within 2 mm, effectively ensuring the assembly accuracy of the product. With the superposition of the above advantages, the glass yield rate of photovoltaic glass rolling production lines using Yufeng to produce Lip Stone can generally reach more than 85%.
