Audited Supplier YUFENG WOOL® Ceramic Fiber Rope are made from alumina - silica ceramic fiber and are free of asbestos. The Ceramic Fiber Rope can be used in different industrial applications under temperature up to 1260°C (2300 ºF) , with excellent chemical stability ,strong resistance to thermal shock and corrosion attack . and also resist oxidation and reduction.
The Ceramic Fiber Rope contains 15% organic carriers , which helps establish physical formation of the products ,The carriers will be burned out under approximately 400 °C.
The Ceramic Fiber Rope also contain enforcement insert material of Inconel wire or continuous fiber filament to increase handling strength during installations and enhance fiber durability to rated temperatures of 1093°C for inconel wire and 649 °C.
